Payment
Ceraphina Infinity Couture ApS accepts online payments via Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Payment will only be charged to your account once the physical item has been shipped or the digital product has been activated, unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.
Amount reservation
When using a payment card, whether debit or credit, the amount of your purchase will be reserved. This amount is held until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. Once the order has been dispatched, the funds will be charged from your account. The reservation period may vary depending on the product or service.
Debit Card Authorization
With a debit card, you will see that the funds are reserved in your account, and your available balance will be reduced accordingly. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop will not be able to charge the money, but the reservation will remain in place for a period of time. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can release the reservation.
Credit Card Authorization
The funds will only be debited from your account and reflected in your account overview once the webshop has processed and charged the payment for your order.
All prices on the website include VAT. The website uses the following currency for pricing: Denmark – Kroner (DKK).
Ceraphina Infinity Couture uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is safe and cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties.

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1–3 days. Ceraphina Infinity Couture ships orders using the following carriers:

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.
You can choose between “without delivery” (pickup at a parcel point) or “with delivery” (home delivery).
You will always receive a tracking number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Ceraphina Infinity Couture is responsible for the item until it has been delivered to the customer.
Cancellation & Returns
A full 14-day return policy applies to items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must reach us within 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@ceraphina.dk. In your message, please clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
Condition of Returned Items
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the product. This means you may try on the item in the same way you would in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on or used beyond what is described above, it will be considered used and of reduced value. In such cases, when exercising your right of withdrawal, you may receive a partial or no refund. The condition of the item will be assessed at the discretion of Ceraphina Infinity Couture.
Product Warranty & Claims
A 2-year warranty applies to products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and workmanship.
Complaints regarding defects or issues must be reported to Ceraphina Infinity Couture within a reasonable time after receiving the item. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. We reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
The warranty does not cover incorrect or unusual use of the product.
The company covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints will not be accepted if the items are returned cash on delivery (COD).

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties; your details are only registered in our customer database. You can request to have your information deleted at any time.

Customer Complaints
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via the Complaint Portal of Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if no solution is reached, you may bring the complaint before the Danish Consumer Complaints Board.
As a general rule, to file a complaint, the product or service must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints regarding clothing and shoes, the minimum price is generally DKK 720. These limits may change. A fee applies for processing the complaint.
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform can also be used to submit a complaint, which is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here.
